        Elevate your Compference20 experience by adding on a pre-day workshop to your registration for a nominal fee of $250. Workshops are hands-on, interactive and immersive experiences, facilitated by comp pros and product experts. Workshops will be 90 minutes in length and will occur on Tuesday, October 27, 2020. Workshop participants will qualify to receive SHRM and HRCI credits.

        > Is my hotel room canceled along with my registration refund?

        Yes, if you booked your hotel room at the time of registration, we will cancel your hotel request. If you booked your hotel room separate from your Compference20 registration, you must cancel your own hotel reservation directly with the Westin.

        > I have not received my registration refund, who should I contact?

        We appreciate your patience as we process registration refunds. Refunds will take up to 14 days to process. If you have not received your refund, please contact PayScale@dynamicevents.com.

        > When is the Compference 20 virtual event?

        The virtual event is October 28-29, 2020. It is open to everyone, and there is no cost to register. Additionally, there will be some fee-based workshops offered on October 27.

        > If I registered for Compference20, do I need to register for the virtual event?

        Yes, we will have a separate registration for the virtual event. More details to come.

        > Is there a cost to register for the Compference20 virtual event?

        There is no cost to register for the Compference20 virtual event, October 28-29. Anyone can register. There will also be some fee-based workshops offered on October 27. These hands-on, interactive workshops will be longer in length. SHRM credits will be offered to workshop participants.

        > Will there be a networking opportunity?

        Yes! At the end of Day 1 of Compference, you can network with other attendees in Comptopia.

        >Can I register for the event and add on a workshop later?

        Yes! To view or modify your existing registration, sign into https://payscale.swoogo.com/Compference20Virtual/sign-in using the event credentials created when you originally registered. Once signed in, you can add and pay to participate in a pre-Compference workshop.

        > Will there be an in-person Compference in 2021?

        With the ever-changing environment of the global pandemic, it is hard to predict what the state of our world will be next year. However, we will be constantly evaluating and adjusting Compference as the health crisis allows.

        > Will you offer group pricing?

        Group pricing is not available for the October 27 fee-based workshops. However, there is no cost for attendees to view the sessions content on October 28-29.

        > What will happen to my Compference ticket if it was included in my contract?

        You will be able to save it for the next in-person Compference!

        > Will there be product workshops?

        The content and format of the virtual event is still being finalized, but there will be in-product sessions.

        >Can I earn continuing education unit (CEU) credits by attending Compference?

        Compference will be offering pre-day workshops that will earn attendees SHRM credits. Registration for the paid workshops on October 27 is required in order to receive these credits.
